The terms you accept when you reserve.

A reservation holds your place in our first deployment cohort and secures a scoping session with our engineering team. It is not a purchase of services, and it does not by itself create a contract to deliver them.

The services themselves (inference capacity, the API and harness, and any engineering work) are contracted separately, in writing, after scoping.

The reservation amount is ₦1,000,000 (one million naira), payable through Paystack.

The full amount is credited against the first invoice under your first service contract with us. It is a deposit against future spend, not a fee for the reservation itself.

You may request a full refund at any time before your deployment begins, for any reason, by emailing hello@tinc.africa. We do not require you to give a reason and we do not deduct an administrative charge.

We will process the refund to the original payment method. Timing depends on Paystack and your bank; we do not control it, but we will confirm to you when we have initiated it.

If we are unable to offer you a deployment, or if you and we do not reach a service contract, we refund the full amount without you having to ask.

A reservation does not fix a delivery date, a price, a capacity allocation, or a service level. Those are agreed in the service contract that follows scoping.

We may decline to proceed with any reservation, for example where we cannot serve your workload, or where doing so would put us in breach of a law or a supplier's terms. In that case we refund you in full.

We serve models today from cloud GPU infrastructure located outside Nigeria and outside the region. If your workload is subject to data residency requirements under the NDPR, CBN guidance, or your own regulator, you must take that into account before sending us production data.

In-region hosting and deployment onto infrastructure you own are on our roadmap, and are contracted separately when they are available. We will tell you plainly where your workload will run before you sign anything.

Scoping conversations do not require you to send us production data, and we would rather you did not until the contract says where it lands.

Anything you tell us during scoping about your systems, your data, or your commercial plans is treated as confidential, and we will not disclose it to third parties without your permission. We are happy to sign your own NDA instead of relying on this clause.

We do not train models on your data.

You accept these terms by ticking the acceptance box before payment. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you pay, dated below.

If we change these terms, the change does not apply retroactively to a reservation already placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
